Invite team members and assign roles to control access.

Invite your team to Respan and assign roles based on what they need to do.

Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access. Can manage billing, members, and all settings.
AdminManage members, API keys, and project settings. For engineers and team leads.
MemberUse the platform — view logs, traces, prompts, and metrics. For engineers.
AnnotatorAnnotate and evaluate spans. For evaluators, graders, and QA reviewers.

Invite members

  1. Go to the Members page
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter their email and assign a role
  4. They’ll receive an email invitation to join

Change roles

Click the role dropdown next to any member to change their access level. Only Owners and Admins can manage member roles.
