Slack Events API receiver (@mention → agent bridge).

Unauthenticated; HMAC-verified against SLACK_SIGNING_SECRET before any parsing (StripeWebhooks pattern, strict-only). Post-signature outcomes return 200 — Slack disables the subscription on sustained non-2xx.
