Workflows Runs List
Run history for one monitor/automation — one row per run, newest first.
Keyed by the workflow family id, same fan-out and row filter as the
summary view. With the production_traces sink disabled (#3926), rows
come from the executor’s delivery-gated direct writes — each row is one
fired (or delivery-failed) alert.
