You will own the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. That means building CRM workflows, tracking pipeline metrics, managing lead routing, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and loves turning messy processes into clean systems. You will work closely with the sales and growth teams to remove friction and accelerate revenue.
