Connect Zapier automations with Respan for LLM monitoring.

Zapier is a no-code automation platform that connects thousands of apps. With the Respan integration, you can trigger actions based on LLM events, log AI interactions, and connect your AI workflows to your existing tools.

  1. Sign up — Create an account at platform.respan.ai
  2. Create an API key — Generate one on the API keys page
  3. Add credits or a provider key — Add credits on the Credits page or connect your own provider key on the Integrations page

Setup

Connect to the Respan app in Zapier

Go to the Respan integration page on Zapier and click Connect. This adds Respan as an available app in your Zapier account.

Configure your API key

When prompted, enter your Respan API key to authenticate the connection. Zapier will verify the key and link your Respan account.

Set up triggers and actions

Create a new Zap and select Respan as a trigger or action app. Choose from the available triggers and actions to connect your LLM workflows with other tools in your stack.

Common use cases

  • Trigger a Zap on new LLM log — Start a workflow whenever a new LLM request is logged in Respan (e.g., send a summary to Slack or update a spreadsheet)
  • Send alerts on errors — Automatically notify your team via email, Slack, or PagerDuty when an LLM call fails or returns an unexpected response
  • Sync data to other tools — Push LLM usage data, costs, and performance metrics from Respan into your existing dashboards, databases, or project management tools
